You could use the MagWall from MagHex by Xevin and then combine it with the dungeon floor or wooden floor tiles from TST using PrusaSlicer? Thing files for MagHex Walls for Gloomhaven by Xevin - Thingiverse

Regarding the doors, I have remixed some of the floor hexes to have the door frame on them similar to how the maghex system works. Not sure if I'm allowed but I would be happy to post a google drive link to them if TST would allow. They are the maghex door posts (and doors) with the TST bases, and a remix of the fort door to have a removable insert.
