Sorry to be a pain the ass when you must be flat out busy but...
I don't know what is going on with my email but I have not received the email with the link for the files.
I emailed back to you several hours ago and you promptly replied and said you had sent the email again but I did not receive that one either, I replied back to let you know it still hadn't come through but now I am starting to think that email was also lost in the aether.
What to do?

Hi Paul, Not a pain at all, it’s very important to us that you get prompt access to your files! I did reply immediately a few hours ago to your last email, but it seems the TPG domain isn’t co-operating. I have re-sent my last reply to your nominated Gmail address. If you don’t see that one, let me know in here and I can investigate further. Sorry for the muck around, Jay
